In addition to high-quality foams, we offer the entire production and supply chain together with our partners. For your products or for parts thereof. Just as it suits you. After foaming, for example, we cut and glue your mattress cores and cover them with jerseys and outer covers. We also pack your products for you and deliver them directly to your customers. You decide at which process steps we support you. The entire process can also be handled directly via your ordering system.
Foaming: We provide you with safe and low-emission foams with proven durability in a wide range of different qualities that go far beyond the required standards.
Cutting: We use our cutting, contour cutting, edging and profiling processes to perfectly shape your foam.
Gluing: We use an automated process to glue together your chosen components and create your own specific mattress, always using certified water-soluble glue.
Covering: We cover your mattresses with sewn or welded mattress tricots and individual outer covers.
Packaging: Be it vacuum packed, folded, rolled or in a box, we pack your mattresses ready for shipping.
Delivery: We also take care of the final stage of the process: delivering your product to your customers. We take the details from your order system and deliver your goods directly from our factory to their recipients on your behalf.
